No, I work in stills only. However if you are hiring a videographer as well I am always happy to coordinate with them to make sure everything goes ahead smoothly for you.

You will always receive full resolution photos from your event, but not RAW files. RAW files are unfinished work product. They are flat looking image files that require specialised software to work with and are just plain boring to look at (if we're being totally honest). They are not representative of the work you have hired me to produce.

Providing you RAW files would be about as useful as the caterer supplying you ingredients instead of the meals you hired them to provide.

No. A core component of the service I deliver is that I sort and eliminate duplicates and unflattering photos to strengthen the narrative of the photos you receive. Additionally in many cases it is necessary to shoot extra photos to allow for issues such as missed focus or awkard facial expressions during speeches. I sort through and remove these photos so that you don't have to!

I shoot only with camera bodies and lenses that are up to the task of professional work.

While professional grade gear is expensive, and I have seen amazing work produced with only entry level gear, the reliability needed to consistently deliver on event shoots demands professional gear and shortcuts shouldn't be made to save a dollar.

The equipment I choose allows me to ensure that your photos are being recorded to multiple memory cards at all times as backup, and that I can consistently capture high quality images in a wide range of normal event lighting conditions that are often not ideal for photography.

Absolutely. I carry at least two camera bodies, multiple lenses, spare memory cards and batteries all to make sure that if anything lets me down, the photos are as safe as they can be and I still have the gear needed to finish the event.
