Hi there. My ceremony is at church in the morning and my reception is at 5pm in the city. Am I better off getting two separate photographers - one for getting ready + ceremony and one for the reception - to save on my budget? Or how does that work?
What happens during a pre-wedding or engagement photo shoot?
I think an engagement shoot could be nice but I'd love to be more comfortable about what normally happens at one of these, obviously it's different to the wedding. I'm pretty awkward in front of the camera.

Hey Gina, thank you so much for the question! Our couples will normally go with our full day coverage in that case. Our full day coverage package is designed so that they don't have to worry about whether they have enough hours to cover the entire wedding day. For most photographers, their rates for shorter coverage will cost more per hour, so getting two separate photographers may be a more expensive option! Plus, you will have to deal with the inconsistency of the experience and final results.
