Hi there! My name is Mel and I run Melody Heart Photography. I specliase in capturing photography that is a celebration of life and all of it's sweet little moments. Whether your wedding is to be big and filled with every single person you know or more intimate with just a few of your closest friends (and anything in between) it is my aim to help you create memories that will last long after your vows are said.
I am a LGBQTI+ positive photographer and I am so happy that we can now celebrate a larger range of relationships in Australia. There is no one type of love and I think there is no one type of love celebration either. I am open to large weddings, all religions, non-religious, small registry weddings, non-legally binding weddings and more.

My name is Mel. I am a photographer based in Newtown but you can often catch me shooting all over Sydney. I absolutely love photography! I have a bachelor in photography and I have been shooting for over a decade. I love creating gorgeous memories for families and couples that will last a lifetime. I am often complimented on my relaxed attitude. There is very little that can phase me. I have a very go with the flow type of attitude and love capturing authentic moments as they occur naturally.

I am based in Newtown in Sydney however I am open to shooting anywhere that is kind of close to Sydney. If you love my style and want me to travel further than we can chat about it!
This depends on so many things such as the size of your wedding and the hours you would like me for. I try to have them ready as soon as possible because I am so excited for you to see them! Typically for a wedding they will be available anywhere from 4-6 weeks.
