Mitch and Jessie, a musical duo from Melbourne, were formed after respectively moving back home from London after a few years each abroad. They have now teamed up to create a lovely and engaging musical duo, perfect for any and every wedding.

Using their contrasting, soaring vocals and simple, beautiful guitar work, they have the ability to adapt to any mood that is required. With a vast catalogue of songs (and open to requests!), they are an ideal pairing for every ceremony of any size and style.

Mitch and Jess offer the following:

customised package for as little as 1 and up to 10 hours worth of service
will travel out of Melbourne around country Victoria, and fly inter-state
play up to 4 songs at your request for your special moments such as bride entrance, signing of register and/or your bridal waltz.
Acoustic, folky, laid back and unique feel, perfect for while guests arrive, during canapes and while eating dinner.

FAQ

I love your playlist, but I want you to sing a particular song which is not included. Is this possible?

We csn learn up to 4 requested songs for your day on top of our playslist (this will affect pricing). If a song you want for a special moment such as the first dance, or as your bride walks down the aisle, is already on our playlist, you won't be charged for this request and this song will not be inlcuded in the 4. Keep in mind that our version will usually sound different to the original- we have a unique sound. We will give youa pre-recording of the song so you know what they will sound like on the day.

Where is your playlist catalogue?

We have a catalogue of all of the songs we can play on Spotify. Look for 'Mitch and Jess Weddings' playlist on spotify app or website.

How much do you charge?

We do not post our prices as the total cost will always depend on where the wedding is, the amount of time we are playing for (this can vary from 1 hour to 8 hours), whether you want a DJ, and how many songs requests you have. It is best to chat with us through your options as each package is cutomised.

We booked Mitch and Jess to play during our ceremony and canapé hour. They made the whole booking process very easy, and were very responsive to any questions. Amazingly they also learnt a couple of requested songs for the day. On the day they were very professional and played beautifully during the ceremony and were the perfect background music during the canapé hour. All of guests loved them, as did we! Would highly recommend!
