Solar Music is a company with customer satisfaction at the core of it's manifesto. Clients will be consulted every step of the way, from designing ideal set lists (including special requests) to timing the music of your event perfectly with the customised ensemble of your choice.

- 4 Piece Band
This lineup can be quite versatile. Ranging from a jazz quartet to a basic rock band. This option is very popular for background music at corporate events and weddings.
- 6 Piece Band
Specialising in contemporary dance music, rock, jazz and R&B, this lineup is bound to fill the dance floor and leave guests begging for more.
- 8 Piece Band
Our most popular line-up. Featuring two horns (Brass & Woodwind) the 8 piece ensemble provides a rich, energetic and dynamic performance.
- 10 Piece Band
This band is sheer class. With a massive sound and world class performers, it's no wonder we have been amazing audiences across Sydney.

About
Will (Bassist) & Lucia (Vocalist) have been deeply involved in the industry for over 10 years & in 2012 founded their company Solar Music, a brand known for it's wildly talented musicians, dynamic, energetic & memorable performances, personalisation of each event & uniquely accomodating customisable band options. Together, the Sydney based couple also completed a Bachelor of Music majoring in Contemporary Performance as well as a Graduate Diploma of Education majoring in Music.

Yes! We have travelled all throughout Australia and even internationally for various gigs.
Yes! When you book with us, you get a full-professional PA system AND sound engineer included in the total cost of the band!
Yes! Included in the total cost of the band you also receive professional stage lighting.
Yes! You can build your own band, selecting what instrumentation you would like to suit your event. E.G. 2x vocalists, bass, keys, guitar, drums, saxophone and trumpet OR 1x vocalist, bass, 2x guitars, drums etc.
We can provide anything from a solo performer up to a 10 piece band.
Yes! We believe that adding in your special requests helps to make your day more unique and personalised.
Yes! We often provide small ensembles for wedding ceremonies followed by a larger band for the recepiton.
Our most popular ceremony line ups are keyboard, guitar and 1x vocals or acoustic guitar and vocalists, however any variety of ensemble you desire is perfectly fine!
Yes! of course.
Yes! Using our iPad and sound system, we play a variety of background music to suit your wedding in between our live band sets.
Unfortunately we do not have a DJ on our books. We do however play background music via our iPad and sound system. If you are looking to have a DJ play in tandem with our live band, you can source one through Easy Weddings!
Yes! we often provide 2 female vocalists for wedding performances as apose to 1 male and 1 female vocalist. Some couples also opt to have only 1 vocalist and add in a saxophonist instead. The choice is completely yours!
Yes! We often get asked to dress according to colour schemes, styles & themes e.g. Black and Red, All White, Somthing Blue etc.
Our musicians have even been asked to dress in costume for some weddings depending on the theme the couple has chosen.
