A professional, budget friendly service without cutting any corners. Prior to your wedding, we offer unlimited personal and telephone consultations for planning and music selection assistance, we provide suggestions and creative involvement for special events, wedding professional recommendations, assistance with other aspects of your wedding and a shoulder to cry on or a listening ear when you need to vent.
On your wedding day, acting as your entertainment director, we work with all your wedding professionals ensuring they all know what is happening next to make sure your wedding flows smoothly. This involves guiding the reception from the moment your guests arrive through to the introductions, speeches, cake cutting, special dances and farewells, including details such as where to stand and tracking down missing people. In addition to our role as your master of ceremonies and DJ entertainer, we help create special moments and make sure your photographer and videographer are there to capture the memories. But most importantly, we offer you peace of mind that comes with knowing you have hired an experienced, professional wedding DJ MC entertainer who will maximise the enjoyment of your guests, create lifelong memories and always has your very best interests at heart.
Our focus at Delta Entertainment is all about quality and not quantity. Your wedding is unique and should be treated as such. To ensure that each wedding is given the proper attention it rightly deserves, Delta Entertainment only takes on around 25 clients per year and never more than one per weekend. Wedding receptions represents almost 90% of our business; weddings are our specialty and passion!
You are invited to be as involved as you would like in selecting the music as we provide a custom entertainment experience that really represents you. A combination of blending the artists and songs that are important to you with selections which your guests will respond to (acknowledging your Do Not Play List) whilst reading the crowd is what experience has shown works best to keep the dance floor happening.
Attire is always appropriate to event and professional.
Delta Entertainment has complete Public Liability insurance coverage up to $20,000,000. A current Certificate of Currency is available and gladly provided should your ceremony and/or reception venue require.
Absolutely! In fact, it is our preference to meet or chat with our couples before they make their booking decision. Talking with you, hearing all about your ideas and plans, getting a sense of who you are and what you want, is a very important part of the evaluation process to ensure we are a match. I also recommend another meeting about three weeks to a month prior to your wedding to go over all the fine details. For couples that are planning their wedding from overseas, interstate or intrastate, we are available by telephone, email and zoom as well. This also extends during Covid – 19 outbreaks.
