Hi, my name is Cate Dyer, director of Critical Soul Productions.

It is my personal vision to provide not just high quality live music, but a service. Booking the Critical Soul Duo for your wedding day means peace of mind that you will recieve professionalism, friendliness and help if you need, to choose the music that sets up your special day just as you wish.

Not sure if the song you like can be done acoustically?  We love the challenge and can send you a demo recording from our studio for you to have a listen to!

For us music is not a hobby, it is what we love and what we do. While both Johnny and I perform in successful bands in Australia and Europe, we love getting back to the heart of music with our passionate acoustic performances. We pride ourselves on being able to produce an acoustic cover of any style you choose and our genuine and fun approach adds an element of ambiance, warmth and magic to your special day.

Singer/Songwriter. Professional Vocal Coach Bachelor of Music at Elder Conservatorium of Music I have always made it my purpose to follow the things that I love the most, music, & community, and to surround myself with genuine people who I enjoy working with and who inspire me. I opened my first music business, a vocal studio at age 23 and since have invested everything I have to give into performing, writing, coaching and music community projects throughout Australia, Africa and Europe.
