About

My music journey started at the age of 14 when I picked up my mother’s guitar and discovered my passion for playing and singing at the same time. Over the years, I’ve performed countless concerts including weddings, school proms, birthdays, competitions and other private functions. I love everything about my business from start to end. Playing at ceremonies is one my favourite parts of the day, its magical and beautiful and every time I get teary when couples exchange their vows.

Absolutely. Corinna is more than happy to learn a song just for your wedding. It does take some time to learn a new song so Corinna asks to get 8 weeks notice prior to your wedding to ensure the song can be performed professionally.

Corinna knows from planning her own wedding that you don't always know all the details early in the planning process. Corinna is very flexible in her approach and is happy for the couple to make a final decision closer to the wedding.

She therefore only requires a small deposit which secures your wedding day. This ensures that Corinna will not take any other bookings on your day, so even if the time of your wedding was to change, Corinna will be there for you. She can also provide you with guidance on choosing the right option for your wedding and help you customize a package.

Certainly, Corinna is more than happy to provide guidance in this matter and help you figure out what will be best for your wedding. 

Corinna does provide live music services as well as DJ services as she knows how important it is for many couples to have variety in theri wedding entertainment.

Absolutely. Corinna has access to almost any song and can play anything that you and your guests will love. Prior to your wedding, she will ak you to provide her with any artists, songs or genres that you love so she can download these before the wedding. However, she still takes requests on the day as she has access to any song.

Yes, absolutely. Corinna also has microphoens that are perfect for speeches and will assist with their handling on the day too.

Yes, of course. Corinna understands how important it is to feel comfortable with your service providers and offers a non binding meeting to go through your wedding and any questions that you may have.

Corinna was fantastic - she played acoustic, then DJ later in the night. I have had a lot of comments from guests about how lovely her acoustic music was; and she definitely got the dancefloor going later on in the night. Corinna was great to deal with in the lead-up to the wedding, learning a song for me to walk down the aisle to, as well as accommodating our last minute requests for songs that we forgot; and making recommendations on how the night should run music-wise. Could not have asked for a better run of acoustic and dancefloor hits.

What exactly does an MC do?

Great question, I hope this helps:

  1. The role of the MC is to welcome your guests, explain how the evening will work and cover any yes boring but important housekeeping rules.
  2. The MC will also introduce your speeches. Technically the speaker could just come up and start their speech but having a brief introduction often makes the whole process smoother considering your speakers are already nervous.
  3. The MC will also be your time keeper. Now you might think you won’t need that because you planned your evening well. I agree, you probably have, but the last thing you want on your wedding day is to worry about “what is next”. You plan your evening, hand the schedule to your MC who will then liaise with the respective people to coordinate and make sure all goes according to plan. You will be able to just sit back, relax and enjoy your special day with family and friends :)

Hi Oliver, yes it is all possible :) I am a musician but also provide DJ services for the later part of the evening to get the dance floor moving. Most bands/musicians will offer that as well. Hope that helps. Corinna
