The earlier you place your order the better, as this allows us plenty of time for designing and printing your invitations and delivering them to you. We recommend placing your order 6 months prior to your wedding date. The design stage can vary greatly and the printing stage can take up to 4 weeks depending on the print method you choose.

For any Day-of pieces, we suggest placing your order at the same time as your invitations. The latest we recommend ordering any Day-of pieces is 8 weeks prior to your wedding. Please email us if you have any concerns regarding turnaround times prior to placing your order.

We require a minimum order of 50 units for all custom & specialty printing methods. We charge an artwork fee for all quantities that fall below 40 units.

Once we receive your order/payment and wording, the design process starts immediately. Allow up to 5 business days from placing your order to receiving your emailed proof.

Once you have sent us your approval to print, allow at least 2 - 4 weeks for printing assembly and delivery (dependent on print method chosen).

You are entitled to 3 rounds of changes, if your proof requires more changes than this, you will be charged an extra $10 per round of changes which is to be paid before we complete your artwork.

If you need a rush order, it is best to contact us as soon as possible before you place your order. We will then make sure that we can meet your deadline and can work with you to ensure you receive everything you need in time for your big day.

Additional costs for expedited design, printing and shipping may be incurred depending on how quickly you need your stationery, of which we can advise you before you proceed with the order.
