If you are ordering a custom invitation only, please allow at least 4 weeks. This covers time spent on our initital consultation, designing, editing (with your input), and printing*. If shipping is required then please allow a little longer from ordering to having them in your hands.

For suites with more pieces, please allow a minimum of 6 weeks, and for full suites allow 8 weeks.

*Stationery pieces with letterpress or foil stamped designs may require slightly longer printing times.

Once you have submitted an enquiry with your requirments we will send you a quote, which we are more than happy to discuss with you via phone, email or face to face. If you would like to proceed with your order, a 20% deposit of the expected costs will be required to book in your stationery and secure your dates, no matter how close or far in advance you are organsing this. This will be deducted from the final invoice, it does not matter if options or pieces change.

If you are booking in advance, we will provide you with a date for when we will begin work on your stationery. We will contact you before this date to organise an inital consultation, either via phone, skype or in person. In this consultation we get to know each other! We will establish the pieces required, the inspiration, style and look you are after, will look at printing samples and go over paper options and everything else!

The remaining invoice amount will be required, and then the designing starts! We will provide you with some initial sketched options, then take the one you choose and start painting and working away. We will go back and forth with 3 to 4 revision rounds, available to chat whenver you need to check or confirm something. Once the designs are completely finalised, it's off to the printers! It is at this time we will also order your matching envelopes, and can begin organising envelope addressing.

Once all printing is ready, envelopes are addressed and any required assembly is finished, we do a happy dance because of all the pretty things! We also organise pick up from our studio location in Melbourne, or shipping if needed.

Short answer, yes, providing our current work schedule allows for it.

Please still allow a minimum of 4 weeks for invitiation design, or 6-8 weeks for larger suites.

If a rush order is required, please discuss this with us, as we are more than happy to help you out providing we can fit it in. A rush fee may apply.

As far in advance as you like! We will take bookings for up to a year ahead, and anything less is also fine.You don't need to know or choose the exact date you want to begin, just the month in which you would like to make a start.

It is best to book in with your chosen stationery designer as soon as you can, in order to guaratee your spot and timeline with them, and give yourself peace of mind that this part of your wedding planning is done!

Please note that at busier times of the year we may require more notice to book in suites, and immediate starts may not be available.
