Rustic Vintage Retro (RVR) is a small business with a passion for bringing weddings to life with quirky (and mostly pre-loved) statement pieces. Based on the South Coast of NSW, the team at RVR cater for a diverse range of clients in Sydney, Wollongong, the Southern Highlands and beyond.
With an online store as well as an extensive hire catalogue, the RVR team are well equipped to help you find the right styling options to suit your needs. They also specialise in sourcing furniture, props and theming options and offer a range of styling services.

About Rhodri - Rhodri has a background in operations management and he is the brains and the muscle behind Rustic Vintage Retro. He brings Theresa down to earth when her ideas get a little too crazy and just generally makes sure the business is in order. About Theresa - Theresa has a background in events, business development and marketing. She loves dreaming up beautiful looking interiors, weddings and events styling ideas that incorporate eclectic pieces.

A minimum spend requirement applies for all hire bookings. This rate is dependent on your requested event date.
All hire items are based on a 3-day hire period. Extended hire will incur additional charges.
All of our hire items can be delivered or collected from Wollongong. Delivery will incur additional charges.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, together with a damages deposit. This damages deposit is calculated based on the number of items that you have selected for hire. Final payment will be required prior to the event date.
In the event that something is lost, damaged or broken you will be charged the repair or replacement value. If the repair or replacement value amount exceeds the damages deposit, you will be required to pay the difference
If there's something that you are looking for that isn't available in our hire catalogue, we are happy to help you find it. Additional fees apply for any items purchased or hired from third-party vendors on your behalf.
