With a passion for planning events combined with the understanding that creating lasting memories and filling a space with magic, demands something more, is what Melissa and Husband Anthony (Pek) Petkovich have wanted to bring to the event industry. An extra special touch, that will leave your expectation and guests blown away.

Melissa has always wanted things for her own events that often, she couldn’t find... *frustration is real*. Anthony, with 17 years in the building industry has decided to use his man-skills and knowledge to create custom products that makes your ideas comes to life. Together combining their ideas and skills, and awaking their passion for creativity of uniqueness, is how MEK Luxury Event Co was born.

MEK’s hire products are one of a kind and will make your event stand-out and showing your own personality.

Launched in 2019, the couple have gained many valuable connections with industry-leading experts and vendors. At MEK, they believe that every occasion deserves to be exceptional, whatever your wedding or budget needs.

Can't recommend Mel enough, she went above and beyond for our wedding and it turned out beautifully! We hired Mel for on the day co-ordination & help with setting the timeline as well as hiring a few items on the day. Mel's Communication was outstanding, all suppliers where contacted before the day to ensure everyone was on the same page and smooth sailing. We truly can't thank you enough Mel for all your help, you are so passionate & talented, it turned out better then I expected !!🤍✨

What a dream! Mel supplied us with florals for our arbour, hanging florals for our reception, and a flower wall for a photo backdrop. She has so much positive energy!! The flowers she supplied looked AMAZING and really added the finishing touches. They were very reasonably priced too. Mel was an absolute gem- video calling, emailing and constant communication to make sure we were happy with how the room looked before she went. Very thoughtful and considerate, and our guests even asked if the flowers were real, they look that good! Mel was also happy to be a second pair of eyes checking over everything else to make sure it went smoothly. Thank you Mel, we could not speak highly enough of you and recommend your services enough.

Words cannot express how impressed we were to have Melissa on board helping us plan and style our Wedding Venue, Stack Wood Fremantle. We were completely blown away as were our guests; every single guest at our wedding couldn’t believe how amazing the space looked. Melissa did an amazing job, not only with the styling but also trouble shooting behind the seen to ensure everything ran smoothly. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. When talking to Mel you will notice she is very passionate, full of ideas and extremely well organised. We loved this vibe as it took the stress out of the day. Melissa took all of the setting up stress completely off my hands. She corresponded with the venue manger and the two of them worked perfect together. I also hired some beautiful reception chairs for my guests, which was a last minute saviour. She made our venue look even more magical than we could ever have imagined. You will notice her passion for weddings and extreme eye for detail straight away. She helped me sort through my ideas and inspiration photos and literally recreated the exact look I wanted. She went over and beyond to what I expected. If you want someone to take any wedding stress or your shoulders, Melissa is your girl.
