Our specialty is creating gorgeous wedding ceremonies and celebrations from a Blank Canvas, in the beautiful gardens and unique venues of Melbourne and across Victoria.
Garden Wedding Ceremonies
What we do
In consultation with you and your partner, we create a personalised wedding ceremony setup. We source and provide the items you have selected. On the day, we deliver and place everything at your chosen venue, ready for your ceremony. We give you time afterwards to enjoy the setting and have your photos taken, then we pack it all down and leave the site in it's original condition. All you need to do is turn up on the day and enjoy yourselves.
Venues and Locations
Your choice of venue may be one of Melbourne's beautiful gardens, a secluded beach, an iconic regional location or even your own backyard.
Packages or Custom
Choose one of our ready to go packages, or talk with us about creating a package designed with just you and your partner in mind.
Inclusions
Each package includes set up & delivery within Melbourne metro area, wait time of 2 hours & pack down. Additional items and further travel can also be arranged. Please note, venue permits not included in the package price, these vary by venue and can be applied for directly.
Pop-Up Bar
Our pop-up bars for wedding ceremonies are always a hit with the guests. They can enjoy a drink while you are having your photos taken and there is always time for the newly weds to enjoy a drink and mingle with the guests, prior to packup.
Wedding Celebrations / Receptions
What we do
If you have chosen a blank canvas venue and you need to provide everything for your celebration, we can help. In consultation with you and your partner, we can select the items you require, deliver them to your venue, set everything up, pack it down again afterwards, remove everything and leave the venue in it's original state.
Venues and Locations
We can work with your chosen venue or create your own private venue by providing a marquee and setting it up for your celebration. We travel to all areas of Victoria, including private properties. We can work with Air B&B venues as long as you have their permission to hold your wedding at their property.
Packages or Custom
We design a package for you, based on the location, venue, access, items required, the level of assistance you need and your budget.
On the day Co-ordination
This service is the same as having your very own personal assistant for the day. The "go-to" person, who is aware of everything that is meant to happen and at what time. If you love planning your own wedding, have a chat to us about how this service can make your day go smoothly.

Simply Elegant Wedding Ceremony Package - UPGRADE
Special Offer for couples, who book our Simply Elegant Wedding Ceremony Package, through Easy Weddings
This package is ideal if you have chosen a garden setting within some of Melbourne's beautiful gardens or a private property. The packages allows some guests to be seated, while the others can gather around the shade of the gardens to watch over the proceedings.
Package Includes:
We will offer an aditional row of chairs or bench seats for our Easy Wedding couples, being 40 guest chairs or 12 bench seats, for the same package price.
If your wedding ceremony is in the following gardens, the cost will be $700, Fitzroy Gardens, Williamstown Gardens, Yarraville Gardens. For other locations, we are happy to provide a quote, the cost will be dependent upon location and ease of accees.
FAQ
We do have Wedding Ceremony Packages and a Pop-Up-Bar package. You can add to these packages if you need more chairs, umbrellas or other decor items. Alternatively, we can design a package that is unique to you and your partner.
Our packages include the setting up of your ceremony items, we put everything in place for you at your chosen venue, ready for the ceremony. We give you time afterwards to enjoy the setting and have lots of photos taken, then we pack it all down and leave the site in it's original condition. All you need to do is turn up on the day and enjoy yourselves.
Our packages don't include the venue permit. The application for a permit is done directly by the couple and the gardens you would like to have your ceremony. Once you have a confirmed date and permit in place, you can send us the details. We are a preffered supplier of many of Melbourne's beautiful gardens.
When you book with us, we will discuss a Plan B, so we are all aware of what to do in the case of inclement weather. It may be a case of moving to a shelter within the gardens, or if at a private property, a pop-up marquee might keep everyone sheltered.
Some of our couples like to hire special pieces from our range for both their ceremony and reception. We provide a service, where once the ceremny is packed down, we then deliver those items to the reception venue.
We just love planning and decorating your chosen location for the wedding rception. Each venue is so different, we don't have any packages, but we sit down with you and your partner and work out your wish list, your must haves and create a package for you.
No we don't charge a fee. We would love to meet with you and your partner and have a chat about your dream for your special day.
