What am I asking for when asking the MUA for 'bridal makeup'?

Is it usually airbrushed or something? I don't get it :s

It is not always airbrushed makeup but either way the makeup applied lasts longer so it can still look amazing towards the end of the day. A mua who does bridal makeup would use quality products and would require a trial before the day to ensure the bride is happy with the look.

I've never gotten a spray tan before... should I try it a few times before the wedding?

Or do you have any other ideas or suggestions?

Hi Ruby would absolutely recommend trying a few spray tans before the big day. Make sure the application is perfect and so is the colour. I always recommend getting a spray tan two days before your wedding day. It is also a great idea to have your makeup trial once you have had the spray tan just so your makeup artist can colour match you correctly.

Bringing your bridesmaid/S is a great idea, not only for support but to have someone you know so well give their honest opinions/ suggestions especially if you are a little unsure as to what kind of look you are after. It also allows the makeup artist to get to know everyone and be able to discuss the bridesmaids look as well.
