YES!! Absolutley no questions asked we would never cancel our booked stylist and send a replacement. The only instance would be an emergency crisis to which I can report has never happened in 14 years of business.
We only book our teams to one wedding per day. We would never overbook and rush you to get to another appointment. YOU are our only priority on your special day.
We always encourage you to participate in a pre wedding hair and makeup trial to ensure that you are comfortable and happy with your chosen style however we do understand that you may want to tweak things on the day. If yourself or a bridal party member would like to make some changes then our stylists are willing and happy to work with you to get it right. We want everybody to love their looks and feel amazing, afterall that is our job.

If you are a lover of all things beauty and have some serious makeup game, then I think you are ready to handle your own bridal makeup. Let's face it (pun intended) you know your own face better than anyone, you know what products suit you and how well they wear throughout the day. Like never before consumers now have access to purchase Pro Products and tap into incredible information from talented people. Tips, tricks and product reviews from the world’s most sought after makeup artists are just a YouTube or Instagram click away.
However if makeup isn't your thing or you just want to relax then definitely hire a professional for the day. Always have a pre-wedding trial to make sure you are comfortable and confident with the artist and look.

As long as the same artist who does your trial is the same artist who does your wedding it shouldn't matter. The benefits of an Agency is backup if the artist is injured or ill and cannot perform the job. Also make sure you see photos of previous work from the exact stylist before selecting as with Agencies sometimes you don't know who has done what. I make sure I allocate the stylists name to each picture.
How do you choose your hair and makeup artist?!?
There are so many different companies and people out there and I'm just finding it so difficult to choose. I dont know how much i should be spending and im no makeup expert so i dont know what I'm looking for. I dont know how to decide, what questions should i be asking? what should i be looking for? Also whats the difference between airbrush and traditional? Will airbrush be better if my wedding is in summer? Hellllpppppppp pleaseeeee

Great question Alexandra and yes it is a virtual mine field out there trying to pick suppliers. Firstly what is your style? have a look at the types of hair and makeup a provider does on their online portfolio and see if it suits you. What are the reviews and feedback like from past clients and do these resonate with what you are after? Price is a hard one but be prepared to pay anything as an average from $80 to $130 per service for a quality experienced provider.
Narrow it down to a few businesses and then get on the phone/email and start a dialouge. Tell them that you have no idea about the process and take notes on what they tell you, a Professional will always ask you lots of questions, listen and give you direction. It is so important that you do this so you have some different experiences to compare.
Regarding airbrush vs traditional it really depends on so many factors and an experienced stylist will go over all of this with you in a consultation or at the trial. Then trust your gut intuition and make sure you feel 100% confident and comfortable as you are spending a whole morning with the stylists and you want to be relaxed, pampered and most of all having fun.
