Heavenly Creations offers a boutique approach to Wedding & Event Flower design, creation, delivery and set up. With mobile consultations, we will come to you, meet at a cafe or over Zoom, to work as a team to create your unique, dream wedding flowers.
I offer the following services for my couples:
Full Floral Service
For couples that do not want to think about the logistics of how the flowers get delivered and set-up at the ceremony and reception venue, a couple that just wants to enjoy the day without the additional stress, if that is you, the Full Floral Service is perfect for you.
A La Carte Floral Service
For couples who don't need delivery, set up, and installation. This couple might even be happy to pick up the flowers from me. Usually this service only includes flowers for the bridal party, however your imagination is your only limitation, and delivery can be added.
On-the-day Styling Service
Heavenly Creations also offers a 'On-the-day Styling Service' and has Hire Products available for couples that book our floral services. Find out more by contacting us today.

As a hopeless romantic there is nothing better in my view than the celebration of two people's love and commitment to each other. Playing a part in your Wedding Day by creating your floral vision makes me feel very honoured and proud. I service all of Melbourne and the surrounds, offering a mobile consultation service where I can meet you at a preferred location. I am located in Clyde North, not far from the Mornington Peninsula. and am happy to drive up to 3 hours one way.
Absolutely no problem. You don't need to know every detail, a rough idea on colours and style is more than enough. Not sure on colour and style either? I am here to assist you and find the perfect match for your special day and budget. I recommend we meet for an obligation-free consultation to ensure we can turn your vision into reality.
If you choose the FULL FLORAL SERVICE and also would like to add my Styling service a minimum of 2 meeting is included, I highly recommend meeting face-to-face or if not possible via zoom. Meeting with you will give me a great inside in what I can do to making your Wedding Day perfect in regards your floral arrangements and/or styling of your ceremony/reception venue.
If you are more of a A LA CARTE FLORAL service couple (you will pick up the flowers from me), email is absolutely fine, but also here I am happy to meet with you.
Being a small Boutique Florist I limit the number of bookings for Weddings/Events per day/weekend. For Weddings that include delivery and set up I normally book out the day before the Wedding as well and if necessary the day after (if break down is required), this enables me to provide all my couples with the best service.
Due to this my calendar fills up fairly quickly, adding to this, due to COVID and many couples having had to move their Weddings to 2022 and 2023. I highly recommend to book my services as soon as possible to avoid disapointment. I work after the system 'first in get's the date'.
The preferred payment method is via direct bank transfer. But I can also accept credit card payment (master card and visa) which will include a transaction fee.
Yes a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date as well as signed contract. Only once I have received the deposit and signed contract the date is locked in for you. The balance will be due by latest 4 weeks prior to your Wedding date.
Yes, if your Wedding date is on the week before or on New Years Day, the week before Christmas, Valentine's Eve/Day or Mother's Day eve/day there will be a surchage due to the high demand of flowers during these times the market price of flowers increases substantially.
So many flowers and foliage can make a wonderful statement and don't always have to cost the world. If you are on a strict budget, contact me, tell me the colour scheme and we'll put together a nice package for you.
The deposit is non-refundable in the unfortunate event that the event is cancelled. If the Wedding is postponed the deposit can be transferred to the new Wedding date if Heavenly Creations is still available on the new date, othwerise there is no refund for the deposit paid.

I generally try to avoid imported flowers. I prefer to support Australian Growers and it is more sustainable. Imported flowers are more costly and are treated with chemicals to be allowed into the country. I generally find Australian grown flowers and foliage to have a much longer shelf live.
Australia has an unbelievable abundance of native flowers and foliage throughout the year and seasonal flowers on our doorstep, let's use what is in our backyard.
When you enquiry about my services and I am creating a proposal for you, I will include a list of flowers that should be available around the time of your Wedding day which will match your colour scheme.
But please keep in mind that Mother Nature is still the Boss! She influences the growth of our flowers and foliage and as we all know our seasons can be a little bit all over the shop which results in flowers to bloom earlier or later than usual.
It is important to be flexible when it comes to choosing our flowers as I cannot guarantee the availability of flowers and foliage and I always reserve the right to find suitable substitutes should a flower/foliage not be available or the quality is poor.

It is quit tricky to give a cost without knowing style, size, density and what flowers you want for all your arrangements. For example if you are looking to have only roses the cost will be higher compared to arrangements that use a mix of seasonal flowers and foliage.
If you are flexible when it comes to flowers and are happy to use what's in season and available around the time of your wedding using a mix of native and seasonal flowers and foliage I would say to budget around $2000 - $ 3000 and also remember to ask your florist to re-purpose your ceremony flowers for the reception area (depends on venues and time between end of ceremony and start of reception)
Do flowers cost more for New Year's Eve weddings?
Would we be looking at surcharges or a different price for flowers if our wedding was on nye?

Yes the market price of flowers in the week leading up to and on the day of New Years Eve, Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day can increase substantially. Your florist should make you aware of this when you enquire about Wedding flowers during these periods. My proposal will include the increased cost for any of these special dates.
