Wow ! Double celebration ! I always advise that you have a budget that you are comfortable to spend on florals and be upfront with your florist about what your upper limit is. By the same token, the florist can show you what the difference of a $30.00 arrangement vs a $100 arrangement. You can then decide based on what is realistic for you .
