Hi, I'm Nadja. I call Queensland home since moving from Europe. My love for everything blooming started pretty young. I absolutely love creating with flowers, my favourite is writing 'the flower recipe' so each bouquet will be as unique as your finger print. It means 'hassle free' or 'care free' | I was inspiered by this name of a chateau in Potsdam/Germany which I visited during summer holidays often with my family.

A funny story I have to share: visiting the rooms inside the chateau we had to put over our shoes soft slippers to protect the antique wooden floors. I discovered that they were sliding perfectly on the polished floor, neatless to say .. I got in trouble :)

What kind of flowers available for summer weddings in QLD? I like burgundy, dusty pink, greenery and gold wedding theme however am worried as it is more like an autumn theme. Burgundy really is a royal colour, deep & romantic. Perhaps a contrast to soft and vintage pinks brings even more drama into the picture. David Austin Juliet Roses, cafe late or dusty pink roses, a soft cream added to it with fine textured greens that would keep it light for a summer theme. You could also bring a contrast colour for the burgundy in such as a yellow orchid or an orange large head colombian rose with red tips on petals. Colours of your blooms always way against your greens beautifully and will be balanced in that way. Happy planning, sounds like you are enjoying it!

When we receive a review from the family of the bride like this no eye stays dry in our studio, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the kind words! Best of all is to know that no flowers got tossed afterwards but brought joy to other's, what a great gesture to bring some to an age care home.
