Our Stylist (Kate) will be with you from the early days of your planning journey. She will work with you to transform your vision, dream into reality. Kate can help you to design everything from floral arrangements (bridal table, centrepieces, ceiling florals) to table setup, draping, lighting, chandeliers and fireworks to the finer details such as welcome sign, bombonieres, invitations and thank you cards.
Once the design is in place and agreed, we will take care of the rest for you. Imagine walking down the aisle with flowers and everything beautifully set up around you. Then, as you enter the reception, you are amazed by every detail you see – it is just how you envisioned: fresh, beautiful and inviting! You hold on to your dream lover, feeling amazed and excited. You cannot wait to get the party started with your family and guests.

Is it okay to use faux flowers?
Kate and Co. Events
Yes! But just like fresh flowers, there are so many different versions of faux flowers out there and some are of higher quality than others. I personally wouldn’t use faux flowers or too much of them for anything that is low on the table or hand held (bouquets) .... for bridal flowers (bouquets, buttonholes) I would always do them 100% fresh. I only use faux flowers for large arrangements which require large amount of flowers to build the volume whilst keeping costs down.
How much budget to allocate to flowers for the reception?
Im just wondering what the average cost is? We will be holding 2 receptions in different countries so trying to be budget conscious but also don't want to be tight! price per table plus a centre piece? simple/rustic style.

You would have to talk to your florist and stylist to get a quote. We offer bespoke or customised wedding floral and decor hence the price varies. There are many variables needing to be considered in our quote. Just to name a few of these variables for your understanding:
* the mechanics involved in each design
* the structure of your venue,
* logistics,
* material & labour cost
* setup, pack-down fee.
And ofcourse what you want as well - the quantity & style of each item you need.
So yeah it’s very hard to give you a number without knowing what you want and the other variables which will affect the quote.

The only way I know of is by hiring a professional to do it. It may cost more if you hire someone inexperienced or try to trial & error many things out... In theory, using seasonal flowers and mixing foliage or mixing artificial with fresh flowers would reduce cost but how to really do it (I.e. what proportion to use and what arrangement to make) I think it’s best to let the florist (floral designer) work this out. We work as wedding stylist and florist and choosing the best flowers at their best prices then working out the mechanics, material & labour cost required to give our clients the most cost effective solution is 80%-90% of our Floral & Styling work.
