My dress was an absolute dream but those ladies don’t have great customer service. Very rushed and no champagne! Also I think they purposely ordered a size too big so that I’d go next door and have to pay for alterations :(

Amazing! I went to other bridal houses and I found others so rude so I was so excited to find Newcastle bridal. They had amazing customer service and they had great suggestions for me and helped me envision what I wanted. I also got a veil from them and the dress was the altered to my size.
