HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL MY WEDDING DRESS IS DELIVERED?

Our normal delivery is 12 - 14 weeks. However, we can offer an express manufacturing service whereby you will receive your dress within 10 - 12 weeks for an additional $50.00.

Val and her team were lovely. My Mum and I went in to have a look at the types of dresses available and ended up in the store for almost 2 hours trying on dresses, it was a lovely experience. There was no hard sell and Val encouraged us to go away and think about it and then come back, which we did, and two days later I had my wedding dress. It was the easiest and most pleasant experience. The follow-up service for dress pick-up and altering were impeccable. If you are able to visit Val and her team, I highly recommend it.

I highly recommend a visit to Wedding Whispers. This was probably the 5th shop I had been to in search of "the one". I was feeling a bit deflated by the time I got there. I asked Val to try on some dresses that I liked. After trying those on and still not settled on anything, she asked if she could suggest a dress for me to try on. We tried it on and I got the butterflies and the happy feelings immediately. It was as if she knew exactly what would look good on me. Thank you so much Val for giving me the opportunity to try on a dress that I may not have originally tried on. On my wedding day I felt so beautiful and surprisingly comfortable. Thank you so much for providing me the opportunity to try on "the one"!

Why not to order your dress over the internet?

I'm a fairly standard size so i'm not sure

The problem with internet buying is that you never get what you see. Most of the photos are the original design but what you receive will be a dress made of inferior and often flawed fabric. Unfortunately the cost of returning the dress is often higher than the price you paid.

What to wear for my second wedding

I dont wish to wear a wedding dress - I'm trying to not choose to young style nor something with the older lace. My figure has changed from a model figure to now an apple due to early menopause. I have no idea what style to choose. my partner is wearing navy.

It is always exciting but a bit nerve racking to be a bride - irrespective of whether it is a second wedding. If your partner is wearing navy ivory, champagne or blush would look amazing. Possibly choose something with a fuller skirt and flowing from under the bust. A little embellishment on the bodice would create a sophisticated and feminine look. There are heaps of beautiful gowns in the bridesmaid /formal range if you dont want to go with the whole "wedding dress" theme. Best of luck!

How far off from the wedding date should I start looking for dresses?

I have no idea when to start looking for my dream dress. I'm someone who is well organised and ideally I'm trying to have everything for the big day sorted 12 - 8 months prior to the date however I'm stuck on when to start looking for my dress. I'm worried that if I leave it too close to the date then I'll stress out and rush the process and then on the other hand I'm worried I pick too early and want to change the dress.!! I might add that I also hate shopping and can never decide on things from clothes to dinner ha! Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Most brides start looking about 12 months prior to the wedding date. Once you have your dress then yo can make decisions regarding bridesmaids, flowers etc. etc.
