When you visit us at Bridal House you can be assured that you are dealing with one of Geelong’s most established premier bridal boutiques. We have been serving brides since 1994 from our beautiful and historic bluestone building in the heart of our waterfront city, Geelong. However, founder Anne Tevan began her dream since 1976 from Ocean Grove then to East Geelong.
We follow tradition and commitment and offer personalised expert styling service and wish for your experience with us to be pleasurable and a memorable one.
When you visit our expansive and stunning showroom, you will be amazed by the hundreds of gowns that we have on display. We have something for everyone, from size 4 to 32 gowns and we pride ourselves by only stocking accredited national and international designer brands, who offer the best couture craftsmanship and customisation.

We have gowns ranging from $600 (Deb styles) to under $1500, for more bridal styles.

We have avery skilled team of seamstresses with years of experience, who are happy to alter any gowns, whether they come from our store, or others. This is at an additional cost to your purchased gown.
At bridal house, we can dress your whole party under the one roof!
We can dress your brides maids, mother of the bride, flowergirls and even menswear!
Unfrotunely, we do not offer rental options for any of our gowns, however, we do offer a menswear hire service. This way your groomsmen can rent there suits easily, with very little turnaround time.

If your Wedding is on sort notice, youre in luck!
We can sell floor stock for any of our floor gowns.
We make sure they are cleaned, pressed and throughouly checked over before they are collected.
The actual process of ordering a gown is made very simple with our helpful staff. Typically, gowns take around 14-18 weeks to arrive, depending of the season and manufacturers opening hours. This is something we always take into acount when ordering gowns, to ensure that yours will definitly be here on time. We also account for the time it will require to have your gown altered. For Bridesmaids Dresses, we can sometimes pull in stock that is in the designers inventory, in under two weeks. This will be dependent on the avaible stock.

At Bridal House we have a strong focus on creating an inclusive experience for all our brides, no matter their size. whilst we do have Plus size bridal gowns in stock to try on, we can also order any of our stores gowns from sizes 4-32. Custom sizing is sometimes available beyond these sizes, depending on the designer.

Am I allowed to take photos of the dresses I try on?
I heard from a friend that this is sometimes not allowed at the dress fitting/appointment, but is this the norm? Feel like it will help me choose if I can see what I look like in photos.

we do allow photos be taken of the gowns, as it can help you remember what you have tried on. However, it is always better to ask your consultant first as there are sometimes exceptions to this.

Hello. I've bought my wedding dress and am now considering a veil. Are there any guidelines for which veil length typically goes with dress style? Or is it more about hair length/style? Would love some tips.
