*Exclusive package deal including pick up, preparation and delivery of your bridal gown to your location, ready for photos and dressing. We will then collect, clean, preserve and box your gown and return it back to you!

can i iron my wedding dress?
my dress got creased during the travel back home so now im contemplating ironing it.. will it ruin it?
LDC Luxury Dry Cleaning
You would need to be very careful using a domestic iron
Most gowns are made of synthitic fibre eg polyester which does not like heat and can melt
If you feel it necessary to iron the gown either purchase a steam unit ironer, not just a regular iron
make sure it has a teflon shoe to ensure it does not stick
Personally you would be safer taking it to a recomended dry cleaner who can proffesionall steam it

how do i transport my dress overseas on a long-haul plane?

Depends on the airline
Most overseas carriers who have business or first class will allow your gown to be hung in that area of the plane
however if its one of the budget airlines eg jetstar they dont have hanging space in their planes
The other choice your gown can be boxed into special over head compartment bridal boxes which LDC Luxury Dry Cleaning can supply
