We have thoroughly enjoyed sharing wedding days with couples and their families all over Gippsland and cherish being part of creating special lifelong memories. Celebrations bring people together. Whether it’s a party filled with family and friends, or a wedding filled with “I do’s”…We fill your event with style, passionate about creating the perfect atmosphere, whatever the occasion. Extraordinary events don’t just happen-they are carefully planned. Every design, creation and event is important to us. We specialize in transforming any space into an extraordinary one.
Based in Warragul, we are just a short distance from some stunning wedding locations. We have styled beach weddings, receptions on Mt Baw Baw, transformed sheds, elegant weddings in modern venues and wineries in Gippsland.

We are Linda and Tracey, two local business women, with very talented husbands supporting us, and we love what we do. Our favorite past time is to let our imaginations run wild and create new masterpieces for our clients (over a glass of wine, of course) to give them the WOW factor for their event/wedding. Perfectionists at heart, we are dedicated and professional event stylists. All we want is to create a stress-free day for you and of course create something truly amazing.

Planning a wedding is a huge undertaking and there are so many things to think about, a wedding planner can guide you through the process and put things in place for you.
If we have done our job well, our couples should be able to focus more on the romance and fun of their wedding day and enjoy the whole process with their family and friends, without being under pressure of things going wrong on the day.
Day-of-co-ordination is responsible for the flawless execution of your ready made plans, and responsible for all your suppliers arriving on time directing them to exactly where they need to be.
They problem solve anything that arises on the day without you even knowing there was a problem.
For the same reason you pay a professional to take your photos, hire a hair and make up stylist - you want everything to be perfect.
The wedding stylist should be the dream maker: transforming your dreams into reality.
The stylists job is to get to know your vision and then bring together a good design for you both to work from. Pinterest is an amazing tool to use for idea's and it gives a wedding stylist a platform to work on with you both.
Also a stylist will come in and transform your space just as you envisaged and pack it all down following your wedding day, so you walk in to see your vision created without any stress to you.
It makes sense to choose a wedding planner and stylist within your venue's area. They will have a knowledge of the area and most likely your venue.
As experienced wedding planners and stylists, we have a portfolio that includes weddings from many and varied locations throughout Gippsland and the Baw Baw region.
It doesn’t matter where you live, we have planned weddings in our area with couples overseas and interstate as we can conduct our meetings with you via zoom, phone or email if your venue is local but you’re not.
Ideally once you have chosen your venue is the perfect time to start thinking about what decor you want?
A stylist will firstly want to chat with you about how you want your wedding to look and feel e.g. (style, colour, flowers, relaxed, formal, cultural aspects).
Any must have elements for your event e.g.(like and dislikes, absolutely don't want) what is important to you both?
How the space will be used and of course your budget?
Once you make a start we really do just flow through the process and it is not as daunting as it sounds.
