We are delighted to be able to use our creativity and flair to bring magic to your special day. We listen to your ideas, putting them together with our professional touch and eye for detail to create a custom design.
Our packages include alternatives from "full-on event coordination" to "do it yourself hire and delivery". We'll work within your budget to enhance your event creating the WOW factor!
We strive to offer you an extensive range of stylish and on trend decor hire. We also love collecting vintage trinkets and props - many come with their own unique history and deserve their story to continue. We have an ever growing collection of products in our hire range and we're also happy to source extra items where required and when possible.
Whether something catches your eye here today or you're unsure of what might be required, we look forward to hearing from you to discuss your wedding day in detail.

Hi! Our names are Mel & Vickie - Co-Founders & Creative Directors of Celebration Set Ups. We're both long term Central Coast residents & have been friends for years. We love all things creative & are thrilled to be able to use our passion for event styling & eye for detail to bring our client's dreams to reality! Our aim is for you to be relaxed & to enjoy your special occasion stress free, savouring every precious moment. We're passionate about what we do & can't wait to hear your vision!
