Picnic Perfect was created from a passion of bringing family & friends together in unique settings. Our founder Rachel has a Diploma in Events Management and a keen eye for detail. Picnic Perfect can customise your wedding to be picture perfect.
From your engagement photoshoot, your bridal shower right through to your rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception and even your baby shower. Yes we really do do it all.
We supply more than just picnics we are your one stop shop setting up high and low tables, grazing tables, flowers, lighting display, tepees, drink stations, tea stations, candy stations, photobooths, games and more.
About
You can say entertaining is my thing. From a little girl setting up tea parties for my family continued into adulthood. My husband and I held charity nights for our friends when everyone attended said ‘You should do this as a business’ everything just clicked. I love watching an idea come to life bringing such joy to my clients faces is what I’m all about.

We do all size tables and even no tables. It really is up to you whatever you want to have on your special day we can do.
Yes we most certainly do.
Grazing tables are a great way to keep your guest entertained and fed while the bridal party has their photo's taken.
We can also arrange fully catered meals, either of a buffet or sit down style.
At Picnic Perfect no wedding is to small or too big.
We can do as small as just the bride and groom or as big as My Big Fat Greek Wedding where the whole village is going to attend.
This all depends on how involved you want us to be.
We can simply set up the decorations or arrange the entire ceremony and reception.
Whatever it is we will set it up and make sure it's packed away for you so you don't have to worry about a thing but enjoying you day.
