Our team at Scramble and Bean offer you a variety of catering options.  From Cocktail party styled events to the morning after a big night, we are here for you.  Scramble and Bean is a Vintage food van offering a relaxed breakfast and coffee style catering.  If you have a Wedding recovery, the morning of the wedding, christening, sport event or birthday we are here to help.  We have our City of Sydney Vending permit allowing us to cater from public area's such as Rushcutters Bay Park.  If you need canapes for your reception or while the bridal party are taking photo's we have you covered.  Take a look at our menu's and get a quote today.  We would love to know what you have in mind and work together with you to make your dream menu.

We travel up to 2.5 hours away from Sydney's CBD for events.  With exstensive training in hatted and Michelin starred restaurants Christina is here to provide decedant and mouth watering food.  If something isn't on the menu that you were hoping for, please feel free to ask and we will do our best to meet your request.  With a complimentary breakfast tasting included in booking a wedding recovery it is also a great way to meet face to face.

I am a qualified chef and trained in Hatted and Michelin Starred restaurants. I completed my apprenticeship at Fellini’s on the Gold Coast (hatted restaurant) and then moved to the UK where I cooked for the Queen and Prince Phillip for his 90th, through Jackson Gilmore Catering company. After a year of catering I move to a Michelin starred gastro pub in Fulham called The Harwood Arms. Here I spent another year learning from the best. Moving to Sydney I felt it was time to try it for myself.
