Absolutely not!
You will find that you will recieve a number of diatery requirements from your attending guests in the lead up to your wedding. It is very difficult to devise a menu to suit all of these guests, however; small changes can be made in order to tweak the menu to suit these diatery requirements. (For example, providing a dairy free or gluten free sauce on a steak dish for a dairy free or gluten free guest or cooking the steak thoroughly for a pregnant guest)
Pregnant guests do require a specific type of menu and care needs to be taken to ensure that the menu is produced safely.
Boardwalk Catering takes these diatery requirements very seriously and will ensure that all diatery requirements notified to us with prior notice are catered for. We also work with our brides and grooms to devise a menu which will suit a number of different diatery requirements with minimal changes. This helps reduce the overall cost of the menu.
