Founded in 2018 by Pete Hilcke, a seafood specialist, this boutique company elevates weddings with a roving experience — it's something a little out of the ordinary, making for a memorable occasion.

Indeed, Sydney Rock Oysters, Cloudy Bay Clams, and Polanco Caviar instantly provide an aura of elegance to any wedding, and will delight the taste buds of all in attendance. Delicious and flavoursome, their surf clams are sourced from the coastal waters of New Zealand, their Black Caviar has been wild-raised in rivers in Uruguay, and their world-class Sydney Rock Oysters are second to none.

Wedding packages by OysterLux.

OusterLux offers two packages that are suitable for weddings, the Oyster Bar package and the All In One package. Here’s what’s included in the All In One package, which is suitable for larger weddings,

The All In One Package (starts from $795).

• Unlimited roving shuckers
• 10 dozen oysters or 10kg Cloudy Bay Clams (minimum order)
• Condiments including lemon, Tabasco sauce and vinaigrette
• 3-hour service (minimum)

Husband and wife team that has integrated a fun loving business that brings class and sophistifaction. We Love to engage with our clients and create events with style. Peter has spent the last 20 years in the seafood industry while Vicki is a pattern maker and has her own Organic cotton toy business. We both bring a green footprint into all we do. Its about respect of our planet and how we can make a difference. We also pay a special mention to our little dog COOPER. xx
