Our flavours are a mix of traditional old-world Portugal, the fire and spice of Mozambique and the passion and flare of Brazil. We serve real food that has been prepared by hand and served with love. The prewedding planning is just as enjoyable as the day itself so we are here to help when needed. Christian and Sandra have over 35 years of experience in the catering and hospitality industry. They love street food, travel and the food truck life. "It's more than just food, its the total food truck experience", says Christian who has spent his years travelling, cooking and eating street food from around the world. Sandra was an international flight attendant for ten years and thrives on over-delivering on people's expectations.
