OVERVIEW

We are a travelling bar business servicing Canberra, surrounding NSW & Beyond. In tow we have the Caravan Bar, the Float Bar and the Cart Bar. All of our bar packages have different inclusions to suit your vision, requirements and budget.

Our hire packages include, but not limited to:

  • Unlimited access to email/phone contact with Jodi, the Morrison event planner
  • Drink menu planning session - we do not have set packages on drinks, we do have tried and tested recommendations which we discuss with you (incredible tasting options, work within your budget).
  • Beer taps - we have access to great local choices for the kegs which is not limited to beer, we can serve cider and cocktails!
  • All Glassware

Hi we're Liam and Jodi, two friends who love nothing more than providing a professional and easy service to our clients. Between us we have 30+ years of hospitality experience and are proud to say we are the founders of the first caravan bar in this region, established in 2016. We both met when we were working in the hospitality industry over 8 years ago and from there have built a business we are so very proud of and love sharing with this part of the world.

FAQ

We are based in Canberra however being on wheels we don’t have many restrictions! Some of the main areas we service are ACT and surrounds, Southern Highlands, all of the East Coast (Sapphire/Eurobodalla etc), Snowy Mountain region, the list keeps going! Touch base today to discuss your location.

Small or large events, we cater for all sizes. We have two bars all with different inclusions and options so this helps with choosing the best option for the amount of guests you wish to have and also your budget. 

You've come to the right place! It is our top priority to keep you and your guests hydrated at all times.

We come with a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options depending on what you'd like to have on the menu.

Having the beer/cider taps in both bars means you get fresh ice-cold beer or cider straight from the kegs. Keg options are great for larger events and we also have access to keg suppliers making it a very easy option for you.

Other drinks we serve include wine, spirits, cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks, tea and coffee. We are always happy to support local having a range of brands to choose from. You also have the option to provide the drinks yourself, such as sourcing it from the venue you may be at i.e. if your wedding is at a winery.

In addition to the above we help you through the process of planning your drinks menu, having been in the wedding business since 2016 we have a lot of experience in the amount you will need for the amount of people you will have.

We absolutely loved having Caravan Morrison be a part of our post-elopement festivities earlier this year! Jodi and Liam are incredibly personable, professional and friendly. Both of them were reliable and consistent in communicating with me, and generously allowed for flexibility when our event was affected by covid. The mobile bar itself is stunning and really allows for a variety of catering options to suit your event. I particularly loved that we were able to have cocktails which our guests thought was a cool luxury as opposed to the standard beer and wine. Liam was very honest and informative when discussing alcohol selections which we really appreciated as weddings can often become financially stressful. This bar is friendly for any budget without compromising on style. We absolutely loved having Caravan Morrison be a part of our festivities and would highly recommend for anyone looking at catering options for their event.

We had Caravan Morrison with Jodi and Liam for our wedding in December 2021 and they were absolute superstars. Not only did the caravan look amazing and was a standout feature of our reception, the service was exceptional. They not only served drinks from the bar, but came around the venue when everyone was seated to make sure no one had an empty glass. Communication with them before the wedding was prompt and easy. Liam, Jodi and their Caravan Bar were one of the highlights of our wedding! The cocktails and mocktails were delicious, the caravan was cute and the service staff were warm and friendly!
