Executive Chef and Company Director, Bob Rawlins, leads the dedicated and skilled Innovations team. Throughout his 25-year career, Bob has worked in prestigious venues around the world. The Ritz in London. Quay in Sydney. Alinea in Chicago. He also created outstanding food in settings as diverse as Inverlochy Castle in Scotland, on board the QE2, and at the Sheraton Mirage Resort in Port Douglas before acquiring Innovations Catering in 2004.
