Trisha and the Nutrishous team create AMAZING wedding food hampers. I was determined the bridal party wouldn't go hungry on the wedding day and Trisha definitely made sure we didn't! The food was delicious, fresh and beautifully presented. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Patricia was fantastic. She came in and set everything up herself. It looked a million dollars! It was absolutely perfect as it was exactly what I wanted. The presentation was second to none and it looked beautiful. I couldn't recommend her highly enough!

if i book an icecream truck to roll up to the ceremony...

how do i stop people who are NOT guests eating my icecream? :O

I suggest you organise for someone( perhaps a younger friend/relative ) of one of the guests to be at the Icecream van to monitor it. You could pay him/her a nominal amount for their time.

what kind of foods should i avoid on my big day?

to avoid stains, bloating, messes, etc

Nutrishous

Prior to the ceremony I think you should avoid anything that may make your breath unpleasant ie garlic, salmon, onion. Anything with food dye or colouring ie red wine, flavoured cordials to avoid stains on clothing or your teeth. Stick to healthy, fresh food. nothing greasy ie pizzas, fish and chips, fast food.

Once the ceremony is over you can indulge in anything that you love, in moderation of course.
