Due to the unpredictability of COVID-19 and the impact on events, we have adopted an “it’s not anyone’s fault, let’s be flexible” approach. If in the event we have a ‘snap lockdown’ that means your event is cancelled we offer a full refund or we will work with you to rebook If you have guests that are suddenly unable to travel due to Government restrictions we will refund individual heads from your catering

FAQ

Do you bring the oven with you?

Yes!

It’s the only way we can guarantee absolute freshness and make sure we really do cater to how much your guests may eat.

With this in mind, we need a space outside to park the pizza trailer at your event.

What if I or one of my guests has a food allergy?

Just let us know when you select your menu.

We understand that some people are not able to eat certain foods due to allergies, sensitivities and aversions. As long as we know this beforehand we can make sure that everyone is catered for by either removing ingredients or swapping them out.

We have a vegan pizza range as standard and can switch pizzas to gluten-free bases on request (surcharge may apply).

Can you go gluten free?

Absolutely!

We can arrange for you to have a complete gluten free wedding, or just cater for those who require it.

We specialise in handling gluten free requests, and will gladly work with you so everyone can have pizza.

What is your payment policy?

To confirm and hold dates for event bookings we require a $200 deposit.

7 days out from your event we will be in touch to confirm the final menu with you and guest numbers. This leaves you with some flexibility. At this stage, we will confirm the final price and request full payment.

What if I change my plans?

Plans change, it’s a part of life.

If you need to cancel we request you give us a month’s notice then we can refund your deposit, no problems.
