Radical Eats specialises in homemade, gluten-free and vegan pancakes. Our pancakes are made to order using the freshest ingredients, without the use of animal products, for the best pancake creations you can imagine!

We cater for every special occasion with our Botanical Pancake Bar - birthdays, weddings, bridal showers, engagement parties, you name it!

Also offering unique, custom made pancake cakes.

About

I started Radical Eats in 2019, as a way to share my love of pancakes with everyone! It's been an amazing experience so far to be able to do something I love, in an amazing part of the world. I love hearing that people have come to an event just to taste the food I make, and to hear that people are surprised at how delicious gluten-free vegan pancakes can be. I can't wait to share my passion with you and your guests at your next event!

FAQ

Is everything you offer gluten-free?

Yes! All our offerings are gluten- and wheat-free, and we do our utmost care to ensure this - however as some products are prepared in a kitchen which also handles gluten-containing products, some cross contanimation may be present. Please contact us to discuss further your necessary dietary requirements and/or any allergies you or guests may have.

Are all your pancakes, toppings, ice-creams etc vegan/plantbased?

Yes! We pride ourselves on making delicious pancakes and sauces without the use of animal ingredients. Our vegan ice-cream is made from a coconut milk base and is sourced from the Sunshine Coast. Even if your guests do not follow a vegan lifestyle, or a plantbased diet, we think they will be pleasantly surprised at how scrumptious our food is!

What happens to all your food waste/packaging waste etc at the end of an event?

We try our best to be as sustainable as we can be, to help minimize our footprint on Mother Earth. We will always bring reusable cutlery and crockery to every event where possible. If we do need to use compostable packaging, it - along with all of our organic food waste - is sent to a commercial composting facility, to be turned into a nutrient rich compost in less than 8 weeks.
