I've had a love of cooking for many years, especially when I was young. I turned that love of cooking into a profession and started cooking professionally 5 years ago. Since then I've worked in some of Melbournes top restaurants and worked on many different style of functions.

We do prices per head not per plate! Prices range from $16 to $21 a head. We could set up a drinks area which will be depending on how many people & what kind of drinks you'd be after. We also have optional extras such as flower walls, balloon arches, cannoli towers & flower centre pieces on each tables.

Not in my opinion but it depends on the supplier and bride.
Grazing tables should be best consumed outdoors in the summer with direct light on it within the first hour, so it doesn't start to go off or in the danger zone. All food should be kept in refrigeration until placing on the table and should be taken out and placed on the table close to when people come to eat the food.
A good idea to have a grazing table in summer is having a small gazebo so it's underneath some shade or have a clothed net over the food so insects don't attack the food and cover for some shade. A good idea for grazing tables in summer is to have a few ice packs around the table to keep everything cold for a little while longer.
