Our story began 4 years ago when we started our own Spanish cuisine service, specialising with Paella and Tapas, with a vision to bring a new dimension to on site catering in the area and elevate traditional Spanish cuisine.

Juan's Paella opening was a family dream come true, an extension of the joy of sharing food with family and friends. ?Our family has lived in Spain for generations and now are very excited to share the Spanish culture.

My name is Juan Antonio Gallego. My story began four years ago when I started my own Spanish cuisine service featuring our award winning paella and tapas. My mission was to enhance and elevate the spirit and magic of Spanish cuisine for Adelaide. Passion and dedication and the ability to provide a mobile service, brings the best of Spanish food to urban areas and private functions in Adelaide.
