About

Nathan completed his apprenticeship at Atlantic Restaurant in Manuka Canberra under the well known Chef James Mussion and was a member of the team that successfully opened Canberra's finest Restaurant, Aubergine in Griffith. He then travelled to England where Nathan earned a place in one of Marco Pierre White's team at the elegant Criterion Grill, working alongside one of Britain finest pastry Chefs, Roger Pizey.

Can we hire professional staff for our wedding?

Professional staff can be can be arranged for your event. They will help set up and clean down the catering space, making sure your event runs smoothly and without fuss, leaving you to enjoy the company of your guests stress free.

Equipment hire is also available, fee applies; linen, glasses, cutlery, crockery, tables, ovens, etc.

We can arrange it for you, just let us know what you need!

Fantastic! Nathan replied to emails and answered any questions we had. No issue at all! The food was perfect and we had a good section of canapes and he catered to what we wanted. Everyone commented positively on the food.

Nathan was very easy to deal with and happy to accommodate us in any way possible. His prices were reasonable and the food was really great, all our guest were very impressed. The only reason I have given half a point less than a 5 is the noodle boxes that were a little over priced for what they were, there as a lot of filler (rice, lettuce) and not a lot of meat, I would order a couple more finger foods/ cocktail food next time, instead of the noddle boxes. The South African spiced beef mini rissoles and Pork Belly were sensational.

Do wedding caterers provide plates?
