"Waste is a failure of the imagination". Ilana’s passion for systems change and community building comes from a wealth of experience in public health across Australia and Europe. Dan the Man Cooking encompasses Ilana's big dreams of businesses being a force for good and building community, rather than destroying it. Together with Daniel Lewinsky, co-owner of the business, they lead a creative team of experts focused on delivering delicious food experiences, whilst on a zero-waste journey.
