Hi there,
I can't speak for all caterers, but we certainly provide plates, platters and servingware as a part of our service. We have an in-house collection of beautiful crockery available, however if you are after something specific, there are several hire companies we work with where you could fine and hire exactly what you're after.

How many canapes per person for a wedding without a sit down meal?
Ed Dixon Food Design
We would recomend 6-8 canapes, 1 x mini dish, 2 x substantial items and couple of dessert canapes or your wedding cake.
If your budget allows for it, add a little something to come out later in the night-sliders or our crinkle cut chips are a favourite!
