Meet Vinnie and Frankie, the lovingly restored vintage caravan bars you've been searching for! Our gorgeous caravans were born out of a desire to provide a bespoke event service that can be fully tailored to suit any budget, venue and client; ensuring a unique and personal experience, every time.
From beer and wine, to cocktails and coffee, cold pressed juices and giant lawn games, Vinnie and Frankie are equipped with everything needed to make your special day truly unforgettable. Included with every package are amazing RSA and Barista trained staff, display fridge storage, 2x beer taps, infused water station, glassware and so much more.
Established in 2015, Vinnie has travelled near and far to create some truly incredible memories. In 2019 Vinnie even had the opportunity to hit the road and be a part of a stunning wedding in Kalgoorlie, proving no distance is too far!! Frankie will be joining the team in late 2021 and can't wait to hit the road as well.
We love supporting other local small businesses in Perth, and have partnered with some truly amazing people, allowing us to deliver seamless and economical packages to suit every event, while supporting small business success in Western Australia. From fresh locally roasted coffee beans to keep everyone caffeinated (or for that cheeky espresso martini), amazing local brews for beer/cider on tap or delicious ice pops to keep everyone cool, calm and collected (especially when there are kiddos to entertain) plus much more, we have got you covered.

Being fortunate enough to observe and help create such a significant and intimate occasion in other people’s lives is something we think is a real privilege and do not take for granted. Vinnie arrives with experienced bar staff, glassware, 200lts of cold drink storage (that’s about 150 beer bottles), ice, stools for the back bar and all the barware needed to making your delicious cocktails and drinks. We also come prepared to style Vinnie to fit in perfectly with your event and is dressed to impress with vases, candles, Persian rug, vintage console table and more.
We have 2 fully operational beer taps on board and have partnered with local craft brewers, Blasta Brewing & Funk Cider, to provide you with one of Perth's best beer and cider menus! We've also done the leg work for you in securing a great rate for your choice of bottled beer, cider, wine, champagne and spirits through our liquor distributor.
We offer up to 3 cocktail options per event, chosen by you, and we even provide some of the mixers!
To keep the H2O flowing we also provide a complimentary refreshment station of infused and filtered water to keep your guests hydrated. If there is something else you would like to serve, just let us know. Plus, if you enjoy your juice fresh and cold pressed we have teamed up with the amazing Refresh Juices, for a fresh a fruity option to keep your non-drinkers satisfied.
What's more, to keep your guests cool during the warmer months (or just for a bit of fun!) we've teamed up with the lovely folk at Delish Ice for our "Sweet Summer" collaboration, to offer you their premium hand-crafted pops right from Vinnie's bar!
We offer a carefully curated list of seasonal and classic cocktails for you to choose from, or you can suggest your own favourite. Up to 3 cocktails can be picked for the event (depending on your package) and we’ll do all the mixing, stirring and shaking! We even do some pretty special cocktails with the Delish Ice range - just ask!
We have an amazing barista coffee machine on board and will happily provide all your coffee (and tea) needs. Ask about out coffee package when you book.
We prefer to serve only from Vinnie. This is great for you as it encourages your guests to mingle with one another at the bar. However, our staff will make their way around throughout the night, and pick up any empty glasses and bottles for disposal.
If part of your night includes a sit down meal just let us know and we can make special arrangements with you for this.
Caravan & Tonic do not sell alcohol; however, we have partnered with a great supplier that is able to offer exceptional pricing for all alcohol and beverage needs. We will also help determine what quantities you’ll need for the service duration and guest numbers, and can even help plan and create the perfect drinks menu for your event.
We are based in Perth, Western Australia but we are partial to the odd road trip and will happily travel to most outer regions such as Margaret River, Dunsborough, Denmark, Albany, Manjimup, Geraldton, Northam, Merredin and even all the way out to Kalgoorlie!

Travel fees do apply outside of 30km Perth CBD but we try to keep these as low as possible.
No problem, you’ll just need to obtain the relevant permits from your local council – we can help with this too.
Vinnie is approximately 2.5m high, 2m wide and 3m (10ft) long.
We sure do.
Our entire staff have Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA’s) certificates and also have bar and hospitality experience. Most staff are also barista trained (there is always at least one trained barista on staff when the coffee package is requested) and on top of that they are super friendly (they're basically unicorns!), which means your guests will receive exceptional customer service.
Every event is different and one price doesn't fit all. For this reason, we offer a service that can be fully customised to suit your needs.

Hello, I was just wondering how many glasses I should order for a wedding of 100. Champagne, beer glasses, water glasses wine etc?

We usually work on one of each per guest and have staff collecting and washing glassware throughout our service to ensure guests can always have a fresh glass whenever they want. It also depends on whether you are having glasses at your table setting as you may need extras for that if there is a significant gap between the begining of drink service and the sit down meal.
