This mobile, saloon-style horse float bar and cafe is an ideal hire if your wedding venue has no bar included. The lovely, friendly team from Thirsty Horse will roll on up to your wedding and serve your BYO, Tab, Wet hire or per frink package to your wedding guests. So whether you’d like cosmopolitans and pina colada or tasty merlot, this team can serve delicious drinks for all your guests to enjoy.

• Convenient mobile bar- Thirsty Horse Mobile Bar, as the name suggests, is completely mobile, so this team can bring their newly converted 1977 Tuza double horse float to your wedding! Whether you’re planning a small wedding on a family farm or larger occasion by the beach, this convenient mobile bar can serve alcohol there. The backup generator means that this mobile bar is completely self-sufficient and can operate in even the most remote locations.
• BYO alcohol- When it comes to your wedding beverage selection, you won’t be limited, that’s for sure. Thirsty Horse Mobile Bar will serve whatever drinks you like. Champagne? Check. Cocktails? If you wish. Beer? Of course! As it is BYO, you purchase all the types of drinks you like without going to the usual bar and not liking their brands, you can make sure they are the drinks you and your guests will love.
• TAB- If you are running to a particular budget, this option is great for you, you can set the amount on the tab and then have the option to top it up when its empty or have guests purchase per drink.
• Wet hire- Like with all Weddings, there is so many aspects to organise. Wouldnt it just be easier if you could choose the drinks you wanted, and have a supplied bar turn up on your sepecial day which would take all the hassle of going to the bottle shop, where to store all the drinks and not know how much to purchase.
• Bar service- We can also offer traditional bar style service where we can sell per drink. As we are now a licenced bar this is a great option.
• Rustic design- This converted double horse float is delightfully rustic, but you can also use decor to dress this mobile bar up or down - just check out what past couples have done in the photos below. From using flowers to create a softer appearance to leaning into the country theme with hay stacks and wine barrels, the options are limitless.

• Locations. While the team is located in the Hawkesbury region of NSW, they work at weddings across the Hunter Valley, Central Coast, Gosford, Penrith or Blue Mountains, and Central West areas.

The Thirsty Horse was created in August 2020 by us the owners (Mick and Sarah) We are a husband a wife team welcome to our Family Business We designed these bars from and old rusty run down floats to what you see today, crafted, painted, cut and custom made to suit out rustic/country with a touch of boho theme. We have a lovely team of RSA quailed staff and are now a licensed bar. We will always provide gold class service with a friendly smile.
