We can cook whole pigs and lambs on the spit, and offer excellent value for money and a personal and professional service.

I grew up in the hospitality industry and after helping out in the family hotel went on to become a chef, working in a number of highly renowned hotels and restaurants in London and Melbourne. I established Guy's Gourmet in 2013 to offer a full service catering business with delicious options for all types of functions. I offer a highly personalised and tailored service and will go that extra mile to make your day special.

Yes we can cater for a range of requirements, for example, vegan, gluten free, lactose free, dairy free etc. Just let us know when we are putting together your quote.
Yes, we usually cook the meats on site unless requested otherwise. We want your guests to smell the wonderful food!
Yes, we always cook over charcoal to get the best tasting meat. Oven roasted can however, be catered for on request.
Yes we can provide excellent RSA qualified wait staff at an hourly rate who will serve your guests professionally.
We provide disposable plates and disposable cutlery at no charge, but can also provide china plates and cutlery for an extra fee. We do our best to source sustainable disposable options wherever we can, e.g. bamboo.
Yes we can organise hire of chairs and tables for an additional fee. We can also supply tablecloths.
Yes, we have a liquor licence and can provide beverage packages to suit your function.
