Yes we do however please note that preparation of food may contain traces of nuts, egg, dairy, gluten and other known allergens. Although all care is taken by our staff to ensure these items are contained, we cannot guarantee that all dietary requirements will be met.
We work with a standard set of produce such as cured meats, gourmet cheeses, bread and fruit however if you would like to subtract or add something in particular, please mention this in your inquiry and we will accommodate you as best as we can given that we can source the product from our suppliers.
Yes we provide cutlery and serving ware at no additional cost, however if you do require a table for your wedding we charge $45 per table.
Every table varies however on average it takes up to 3 hours for our team to create your grazing table.
Our main service is Italian inspired grazing tables however if you are looking for eveything in one, please mention this in your inquiry and we will accommodate you as best as we can given that we can source the what you’re looking for from our suppliers.
We accept cash, bank transfer and also credit card. Please note domestic cards have a fee of 2% + $0.30. Foreign cards have a fee of 3.4% + $0.30. Please note, a 40% deposit of the total amount is required to be paid upon booking confirmation. Remainder of total amount must be paid in full 7 days prior to your event.
We service all of Sydney however majority of our work occurs in and around the Inner Western Suburbs of Sydney.
Any cancellations must be made in writing to La Paparedda Catering to ciao@lapaparedda.com.au. Total invoice amount is non-refundable on any cancellations made within 7 days prior to your event.

Yes we provide plates. Biodegradable plates or you can also hire ceramic plates if you wish.
How many canapes per person for a wedding without a sit down meal?

We suggest 6-7 canapes to ensure your guests are provided with an adequate amount of food.
Are grazing tables a bad idea for summer?

It's never a bad idea for a grazing table!
We strongly suggest that if you do decide on a grazing table that it be under cover in a cool spot. If the grazing table has direct heat on it, cheeses and cured meats will start to melt and create moisture. This doesn't always look the best for photos but still tastes great. The other point to note is that if a grazing table is set outside, doesn't matter what time of year it is you'll always attract flies.
