I am a creative human being with unlimited and unrestricted potential. I love my creativity and want to share it freely with the world! With 8 years as an experienced pastry chef I pride myself on delivering exceptional flavour within all my products by baking from scratch.
I cater for all kinds of allegies and dietary requirements to make sure all my clients experience the same enjoyment from my cakes. I am extremely approachable and always seek to develop a comfortable environment for all clients making sure they leave with confidents and satisfaction.
Both techniques will allow a crisp white finishing look if desired.

I am extremely approachable and always seek to develop a comfortable environment for all clients making sure they leave with confidents and satisfaction. I love coffee!
