Thank you for visiting our page! A little bit about us....We first started baking from our former shopfront in Fitzroy, that is where we realised that our cakes were great sellers and everyone commented on how great they tasted and didn't even know it was gluten and dairy free. We expanded that side of the business. I personally have a dairy intolerance, please rest assured that we take allergies and intolerances very seriously and know just how sensitive some tummies are to certain food types.

We hired Saint Cake for our wedding a couple of weeks ago. It was a pleasure to work with Gemma she is easy to talk to and the Cake looked great (and tasted great), was Vegan and gluten free. Exactly what we wanted. Thank you Saint Cake.

Gemma was so lovely and accommodating and the cupcakes were a delightful addition for our wedding :) She even decorated them to suit our theme. Unfortunately I wasn't able to be there when she delivered them but she was super organised in co-ordinating with my (now) brother-in-law. My mother who is a coeliac who loves cake was especially impressed. Definitely recommended. Thanks Gemma!

Gemma was so easy to deal with from start to finish. She knew exactly what i wanted and came up with some amazing ideas of her own that we used. Im gluten free and dairy free and the cake was so delicious, my husband loved it and he can eat anything. We had so many compliments on the cake that night, we shared her number to so many people. & Her proces are great in comparison to somw other places we tried
