Inspired by my Mama’s recipies and my love for the amazing Australian produce I took a leap of faith and launched my own little cakery, Every Last Crumb in July 2016.
After struggling to find cakes and treats for friends and neighbours that met my expectations on taste, decoration and quality ingredients I decided there was a gap in the market that I wanted to fill.
But what sets Every Last Crumb Cakery apart? honestly… it's the balance of texture and flavour.
I am passionate about delicious yet wholesome cakes, made in my kitchen with love. I absolutely love making food from scratch focusing on using less processed and more local whole foods. I also love experimenting with new ingredients that I find along the way or happily subsitute flour with almond or hazelnut meal whenever I can to create cakes that can be gluten free, low on sugar and packed with flavour!
Every Last Crumb Cakery prides itself in making cakes the way they were supposed to be; evolving classic recipes to perfection inspired so you’ll happily eat every last crumb!

Hello :) I'm Mika, head baker, culinary master mind or simply, I’m the one that enjoys combining a couple ingredients and create something extraordinary with it. Born and raised on a dairy farm in the Hinterland of Munich in the heart of Bavaria, I would like to showcase a little bit about Every Last Crumb Cakery and how a livelong passion for food and all the good things in life turned into opening my own little cakery in Australia.

HOW TO ORDER
Orders can be made over the phone, in writing or online with at least 4 (four) weeks notice and are subject to our availability. All orders require full payment once confirmed by Every Last Crumb unless an invoice agreement has been established. Every Last Crumb accepts MasterCard and Visa credit/debit cards. Wedding cake tasting are complimnentary following confirmation of your order and payment of a 50% booking deposit.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations will be accepted up to two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled delivery/pick up time only. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to cakes@everylastcrumbcakery.com. No refunds will be provided for orders that are cancelled with less than two (2) weeks notice to agreed pickup/delivery date due to costs incurred by the initiation of an order.
ORDER AMENDMENTS
Amendments to an order are permissionable up to four (4) days prior to the scheduled deliver/pickup time and must be submitted in writing to cakes@everylastcrumbcakery.com.
DELIVERY
Every Last Crumb offers a delivery service that will guarantee an order arrives in pristine condition. We will repair or remedy any damage, if it occurs in transit with the Every Last Crumb delivery service. Our delivery service is subject to the delivery location and the availability of our driver and requires approval from Every Last Crumb. If we are able to deliver to your location, we will arrange for the order to be delivered to the address provided. We cannot guarantee delivery by the chosen time-slot due to factors outside of control, such as traffic.
Payment for all deliveries (if applicable) must be made in full before the order leaves our kitchen. Customers must ensure a person is available to receive a delivery during the time-slot chosen. Once a product is delivered and signed by an authorised person, Every Last Crumb releases all responsibility for the condition of the product. We are unable to provide a refund for the order and Every Last Crumb will not be held responsible for the condition of an order once the cake has been received by the venue.
