From a professional athlete to a passionate baker. After my sporting career ended due to a serious injury, I now commit to making the best wedding cakes in Melbourne. I take great delight in delivering exactly what my customers want on their special day, I use this as a force to continuously drive me to innovate the experience of ordering a custom cake. The best way to freeze the leftover wedding cake is by slicing it up into pieces and then just wrapping each piece in glad wrap to keep the moisture so that when you want to each some, you can simply take out one slice and thaw it rather than having to cut a frozen cake.
What's an idea for a wedding cake flavour that's not too sweet or sugary?

I highly recommend lemon or almost any tea flavour such as green tea, earl grey, pandas etc. But, considering everyone is eating it the best choice is lemon because it never fails to wow people.
