No. At Jacqueline Drew Cakes we design solely with fondant (iced) covered cakes, with handmade sugar flowers being centric to all our custom cake designs. As we only go where our passion takes us, we do not work with fresh or fake flowers nor decorate with buttercream.

Generally, we start with providing you a price range based on some basic information such as portion numbers and desired design concept. If you are Ok with the range a detailed quote will then be provided - this will include final cake design concept, hand drawing and a final price.

A deposit of 30% is required to book your date and cake design into our calendar. This deposit is non-refundable.

The outstanding balance of your order is due a minimum of three weeks before your event date. If full balance is not made in this time your order may be considered cancelled by us and your deposit forfeited. If you are booking within three weeks of your event date, full payment is required to secure your booking.

All cancellations must be received by us in writing.

Cancellations made prior to three weeks of the delivery / pickup date shall have all monies paid to us refunded, minus the 30% non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made within seven days or less of the delivery / pickup date will not be refunded any monies paid to us. Supply of order and monies paid to us shall be considered forfeited by you.

Confirmed bookings may be transferred to another date subject to us receiving written notification a minimum of three weeks in advance.

Delivery within metro Brisbane starts from $40. Delivery to the Gold Coast, Toowoomba and Sunshine Coast areas start from $160.

It is our policy that cakes three tiers or higher must be delivered by Jacqueline Drew Cakes.

Single tier cakes are available for pickup only. We recommend two tier cakes be delivered by us; however, they can be picked up from our Manly studio.
