Evi created our wedding stunning and delicious cake. She is a dream to work with and the process was a wonderful collaboration. Our guests have been sending through compliments post the event about how much they love the flavours we chose that Evi brought to fruition.

Simply cakes Melbourne cakes are so fresh and tasty. The quality is amazing, highly recommend to anyone wanting to have a beautiful wedding cake. Also, very good price range compared to other cake companies. The attention to detail on the cake is amazing, I was so impressed and happy when I saw my wedding cake. It was simply stunning.

Evi is just exceptional at her job. Was kind to go through with the last minute change from a 2 tier to a 3 tier cake with more decorations. Prices are reasonable and her work was magical! Flavour and cake tasted sublime to add! Thank you so much Evi :)

Evi of simply cakes was a delight to deal with and makes some absolutely stunning looking cakes. The wedding cake she made for us was exactly as we wanted with great attention to detail. We were able to taste test various flavours prior to choosing the cake flavours. Price was really reasonable for the work she does and she was able to work with our requirements and requests (including decorating the cake with flowers that were given to her). We were very pleased with the outstanding work that Evi delivered.

I cannot speak more highly of Evie and her amazing cakes. Our wedding cake was salted caramel mud and chocolate mud, and totally delicious. It looked amazing and she was a pleasure to deal with and very competitive in terms of pricing. I first tasted her cakes at a friend's bridal party, then her wedding and 30th - all consistently good.
